JOE BIDEN ACCUSED OF ASSAULT. DOES HE STILL BELIEVE ALL WOMEN?

Joe Biden about Brett Kavanaugh's accuser: “For a woman to come forward in the glaring lights of focus, nationally, you’ve got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she’s talking about is real." So must we now believe Biden's accuser?: "He went down my skirt but then up inside it and he penetrated me with his fingers."

Democrat candidate Joe Biden when Brett Kavanaugh, nominated by Donald Trump to the Supreme Court, faced wildly improbable claims of sexual assault: "For a woman to come forward in the glaring lights of focus, nationally, you’ve got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she’s talking about is real."

For a woman to come forward in the glaring lights of focus, nationally, you’ve got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she’s talking about is real, whether or not she forgets facts, whether or not it’s been made worse or better over time.

Will Biden now presume this is real?

In April of last year, Tara Reade accused Joe Biden of inappropriate behavior when she worked at his Senate office in 1993. Now, she’s accusing the Democratic presidential nominee of sexual assault...

In the interview excerpt, which is posted to Soundcloud, Reade described a graphic 1993 incident where a superior asked her to take a gym bag to Biden... Then she recalls being called towards the “side area” where Biden greeted her...

“There was no like exchange really. He just had me up against the wall.”...  Reade says Biden’s “hands were on me and underneath my clothes.”

“He went down my skirt but then up inside it and he penetrated me with his fingers,” Reade emotionally continued.

But some accusers are not to be supported, especially when they accuse a man of the Left:

The Times Up Legal Defense Fund, a fund administered by the National Women’s Law Center, declined the chance to defend one of former Vice President Joe Biden’s sexual harassment accusers citing its non-profit status and his presidential run.

On Tuesday, the Intercept’s Ryan Grim reported that Tara Reade, one of several women to come forward with credible allegations of harassment against Biden last spring was turned away from the preeminent #MeToo legal institution when she sought help with her case...

In February, Reade was told after discussions on her case between Time’s Up and NWLC that the organization would refrain from offering Reade their support...

“As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the National Women’s Law Center is restricted in how it can spend its funds, including restrictions that pertain to candidates running for election,” NWLC spokesoman Maria Patrick told the Intercept.

Biden is silent:

The Biden campaign did not respond to a request for comment from The Hill on Tara Reade's allegations, which have not been independently verified.

The former vice president addressed multiple allegations of unwanted physical contact last year in a video posted to social media in which he did not directly apologize for any of his past conduct.
