Paradise Point crime: man allegedly stabbed overnight in northern Gold Coast suburb

A man is refusing to speak to police today after allegedly suffering three stab wounds to his body in Paradise Point overnight.

A MAN is refusing to speak to police today after allegedly suffering three stab wounds to his body in Paradise Point overnight.

Emergency services were called to a private residence at 2.49am after reports of an alleged wounding.

Paramedics, including Critical Care Paramedics and the High Acuity Response Unit, attended to the man who had received three stab wounds to the neck, chest and leg.

The man in his 30s was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital serious condition.

A Queensland Police Media spokesman said the man was not speaking to authorities this morning.
