A Gold Coast paralegal has been accused alongside a civil engineer of robbing a ‘Home and Away’ actor.
Isabelle Irene Baker, 34, is charged with one count of robbery armed/in company/wounded/used personal violence.
It’s alleged Ms Baker robbed actor Caleb Alloway while in company with co-accused Jayden Michael Delacruz-Mahovlich, 30, at Labrador on June 22.
She was charged two days later on June 24 and has since been granted bail.
Mr Alloway is best known for playing drug dealer William Zannis on the Australian soap opera Home and Away in 2017 and appeared in three episodes of former ABC drama Janet King.
His Instagram bio describes himself as an Australian actor, music composer and producer.
Ms Baker wasn’t required to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on Monday when her lawyer Richard Niu from Hannay Lawyers asked for an adjournment.
In court, Ms Baker’s bail was varied with a new condition that she not contact Mr Alloway.
Ms Baker’s bail conditions also specified she must live at a Southport address.
The matter will next appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on August 5.
Mr Delacruz- Mahovlich has also been charged with robbing Mr Alloway in company on June 22.
The civil engineer who is on bail, is also facing a number of drug related charges and will be back before the court on July 25.
