DISTURBING footage of a Gold Coast man allegedly licking female car owners licence plates is circulating online, sparking warnings to unsuspecting women.

Alarming video posted to popular social media app TikTok shows the man brazenly film as he approaches a vehicle parked in a public space in broad daylight.

Though the video appears innocent at first it quickly takes a graphic and uncomfortable turn as the man crouches down to tongue the personalised registration plate.

Alarming footage is sending shivers down the spines of social media users.

“You like the taste of dirty bugs don’t ya? Have a look at all those bugs. Coronavirus awareness,” the man can be heard saying in one video ahead of the act.

He can be seen with his mask pulled down to commit the alleged act on several cars with personalised plates.

The Bulletin has viewed a series of videos of a similar nature. All vehicles are understood to be owned by females.

The footage, alleged to be taken in recent years, has ignited concerns for women as many TikTok users claim the man in question has remerged on social meda.

It is understood the man deactivated the original account where he first shared the videos.

While the exact location of the video remains unclear, it is understood the incidents span from Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.
