A young woman has described a terrifying encounter with a man in a train station car park, saying he followed her to her car and performed a sex act in front of her while playing porn at high volume.
In a written account of the incident warning people of the man’s behaviour, the woman said she had just finished work when the horror events unfolded.
“After finishing a five-hour shift I was walking to my car parked at Coomera station parking, next to Costco fuels when I was followed by a man who had stalked me from my workplace and who followed me into the car park,” the woman said.
“I had sat on my phone for a couple of minutes before noticing him and he proceeded to drive up to my car, playing porn very loudly and masturbating right beside me.
“He had a device that unlocked my car and he continued to unlock my car whilst I fought back and locked it.
“After about 20 seconds he was pretty much ‘finished’ and sped away pretty quickly.”
The man was described as white, about 30 years of age, with a buzz cut and blue eyes and driving a white Holden Colorado ute.
The woman targeted said she was anxious that other young women in the area were aware of the danger posed by the man following the terrifying incident.
“Please be aware of this man who enjoys watching girls in fear,” she said.
“Please be careful girls. Don’t sit alone in car parks around Coomera late at night.
“This was a premeditated act as he was also circulating car parks around Coomera Westfield as shown by CCTV footage looking for his victim.
“Not to mention you aren’t even safe in your locked vehicle as he has this device.”
Police told the Bulletin that investigations were ongoing into the incident, which took place on Saturday March 16 at around 9.30pm.
They appealed for anyone with information that might help their investigation to come forward.
