SHE enjoyed a week in the limelight after flashing her K-cup breasts at a Google camera car and having them posted online. But things have not ended well for Karen Davis.

IT’S a bust for Karen Davis.

After enjoying a week in the limelight, the woman dubbed the Street View streaker’ after she flashed her K-cup breasts at a Google camera car and had them posted online has been charged by police.

The 38-year-old mum of three, from Port Pirie, said being snapped topless for the web mapping service had been on her “bucket list”. She said the Google camera car driver had done two laps of her street to get the shot.

“I have a friend over in the UK and we Google map each other’s houses. I thought I’d give him something interesting to look at,” she said of the photo, which was taken in January but only uploaded to the site this month.

“I flashed as (the Google driver) went past and then he came back and did another one, I’m assuming to make sure he got the shot.”

Ms Davis laughed off critics who had called her “feral” and “disgusting filth” on Facebook, labelling them jealous and defending the act as “freedom of speech”.

“I used to be ashamed of my bust size and now I’ve accepted it and I embrace it,” she said on Tuesday.

“It’s a set of boobs and they show them on TV, you know what I mean?”

But South Australian police don’t quite see it that way. They say Ms Davis’ behaviour was no different than a man exposing himself in public and would be treated the same in the eyes of the law.

She has been summonsed to front court for disorderly behaviour.
