It is finals time in the QFA Division 3 Gold Coast competition and after an exciting year of footy, we have unveiled our players of the season.
From the dazzling midfielders, to the crafty forwards and relentless defenders, see who has made their mark for you club this year.
Ormeau
Chase Winter
Winter is a ball magnet at ground level and dominates around the contest.
He has a sixth sense to know where to be at any stoppage and can burst out of packs in an instant.
Connor Garrett
An elite two-way player who is a strong intercept mark.
He can kickstart counter attacks with his strong ball carries off the wing.
Stephen Davoren
The Bulldogs captain is an inspiring leader who lifts the team around him.
He takes on the game and makes his mark across the backline and through the midfield.
Zac Daniel
A strong centre half back who performs at a high level consistently.
He is a well-respected member of the group and is a regularly among Ormeau’s best players.
Jakeb Hasenkam
A strong leader who is always a goal threat in the forward line.
Hasenkam has chipped in with 10 goals in nine games.
Coolangatta Tweed
Brad Wicken
A small midfielder who has been the heart and soul for the team in the midfield.
Logan Walker
A centre halfback who has gone from strength to strength in 2025.
Walker joined the club last year as a fill-in player before playing full-time this year where he has been as solid as a rock down back.
Oscar Clarke
Clarke is a dynamic small forward/midfielder who has an unrivalled work ethic.
He gives his absolute all every time he steps onto the field.
The young gun regularly finds ways to make an impact on the contest across the field.
Quinn Clark
An exciting young gun who has improved immensely as a ruckman.
His confidence and game knowledge continues to grow and he has been one of the big breakout stars of the season.
Flynn Thompson
Thompson is new to Aussie rules this year after previously playing soccer and is an exciting talent in the forward line.
He runs non-stop at half forward and has a bright future ahead of him at the club.
Labrador
Stefan Kaldis
A new recruit for the club this year who has been prominent in the midfield.
He is a natural ball winner who has provided a strong spark in and around the contest.
Jack Kneebone
Kneebone is a dominant ruckman who consistently gives his midfielders first use of the ball.
He has been crucial to the Tigers’ resurgence to finals and has developed throughout the season.
Ben Burrowes
The winger is an exciting playmaker whose presence is often felt in the forward half.
A new recruit for Labrador this year, Burrowes swings forward in attack and regularly makes an impact on the scoreboard as one of the team’s leading goalkickers.
Harry Lewis
The dynamic left footer can make a mark in the forward line of the midfield.
He has been one of the team’s best goalkickers alongside Burrowes and has a great overhead mark.
Angus Wilkie
The vice-captain is strong defensively and is one of the most important players in the Labrador line-up.
He moves the ball forward with ease and is fearless with and without the ball as he takes on and beats players far bigger than him.
Todd Featherstone
The Labrador icon oozes experience and has been an invaluable member of the squad this year.
He lifts the teammates around him and has been key to the development of inexperienced players.
Labelled an on-field coach, Featherstone is a quality footballer who can make his mark in the midfield or in the forward line.
Josh Deacon
A stalwart in defence who is a leader in the backline and has helped his side less than 50 points per game this year.

Johann Zipf
A fierce competitor who has improved in leaps and bounds this year.
He is a strong midfielder who has a never back down attitude.
Sam Rose
A strong leader who helps everyone in the team.
He puts in 100 per cent every game and can play in the forward line or midfield.
Charles Darcey
A fearsome centre-halfback who refused to be beaten in one-on-ones.
Kane Breadmore
A small forward who has a knack of chipping in with goals.
He brings relentless defensive pressure.
Noah Coote
An exciting breakout player this year, Coote has developed as a full-time ruck and gone from strength to strength.

Joel Baxter
The Pacific Pines captain is as reliable as they come and was the division’s leading goalkicker.
He is a powerful on-baller and full forward who brings elite speed and power.
Levi Prior
The teenage gun brings impressive size and is a powerful running halfback.
His solid ball skills also make him a handy on-baller.
Xavier Setton
A general in the backline stands up strong.
He lifts his teammates with his voice and high demands of at the back.
Preston Sabri
A young up and coming star with plenty of potential as a powerful, versatile halfback.
He can also make an impact further up the field on the wing.
Lucas Clayton
Clayton boasts incredible speed and has exceptional ball skills.
Riley Johnson
A dominant forward who can make his mark on ball and brings incredible strength.
Cody Brose
One of the Power’s go-to players at every stoppage.
He has a stunning burst of speed and can break through a pack in an instant.
Along with his on-ball threat, he is a menace defensively with his tireless performances and constant running.
Joel Little
Little has been crucial for the Pacifc Pines Teal time in the backline and led their mid-season resurgence.
The centre halfback sets up the team structures and has taken to his new role in the backline like a duck to water.
Little’s game IQ and versatility is a class above.
Jake Myer
A star forward who crashes through the pack and is near impossible to bring down.
When he heats up, there are few defenders in the competition who can stop him from making his mark on the contest
Bailey Fiske
Fiske has made the step from form junior football to seniors this year and done extremely well playing against players with far more experience.
He has been deployed across halfback and is a lockdown defend who can quickly create counterattacking opportunities.
