The three-time world champion Tweed resident known as ‘White Lightning’ spoke to the high-end fashion men’s style magazine and revealed the 10 commandments which shaped his surfing career.

“Home should be a place where you feel at peace with yourself and can recharge,” he said.
“Even though surfing is my job it’s something I do to grow and learn. The ocean is my natural healing space and I’d be lost without it’

Fanning says Australia is ‘Heaven on Earth and insists finding soulmate is essential and singles out his beloved dog Harper.
“Harper is my shadow, my security blanket, my little princess,” he said.
“I love seeing the different cultures of the world and how people adapt to their environment. Going on adventures is a must for character building”
