Wednesday February 25 2015) Current World Champion Gabriel Medina (BRA). - The E swell was still hanging in there in the 2-3ft range with a bit of a bump on it early and there was still a lot of water moving about. There were clean conditions with light SW winds that were forecast to go SE then E later. Low tide was just before 9am with high at 2.40pm. The points were the go again with the open beaches not handling it on the lower tide with from Snapper to Kirra the pick for some smaller fun ones. THE Gold Coast is backing a surf tourism wave as behind doors deals will secure the long-term future of the Quiksilver Pro and Roxy Pro at Snapper Rocks.
