The Souths Juniors competition comes to a thrilling conclusion this weekend. We caught up with Tricksta The Barista Podcast to rate the 10 most dangerous men in reserve and A-grade grand finals.

Grand final weekend is here for the Souths Juniors with all eyes on a huge senior double header on Sunday.
Will Redfern All Blacks sweep both reserve and A-grade, can the Alexandria Rovers end their senior title drought, or will the Matraville Tigers make it back-to-back A-grade titles?
All these questions will be answered by 5pm on Sunday with a big crowd expected to turn out at Redfern Oval.
Ahead of the big game, we caught up with Jordan Trindall from the Tricksta The Barista Podcast to rate his 10 most dangerous players featuring in the finals.
RESERVE GRADE
ALEXANDRIA ROVERS
1. JAKE TRINDALL
Has added a new dimension to the side and given the side plenty of direction at halfback. His stints at Wyong and Southport alongside Tony Williams and Israel Folau give him big-game experience, and now he’s back and thriving alongside his childhood mates.
2. JYI SEYMOUR
Tricksta calls him Tyson Fury’s stunt double, and he will stand out on the field. A big enforcer in the front row who will lead the pack, has won grand finals with the Wombats and his NSW Cup and Ron Massey Cup experience bodes well at this level.
3. JAYDEN RILEY
Recovering from a shoulder injury and will be a key man if he lines up. Forms a good partnership with Trindall in the halves, loves a chip and chase, and if he’s anywhere near his best on the weekend, he’s a good shot at man of the match.
REDFERN ALL BLACKS
1. KIERAN VALE
A former Toyota Cup player with the Rabbitohs and wasn’t far away from first grade, was the best player in A-grade a couple of years back. Featured in an Indigenous side coached by Laurie Daley, is strong up top and dangerous when he scoots close to the line.
2. JOSH NOLAN
A key man in the middle of the field who can put a shot on that would be heard in Waterloo. Tricksta believes if he keeps his head and doesn’t give away silly penalties, he will lead the back and his fellow forwards will respond for him.
3. STAN BELL
Not the biggest player, but a few years back with Moore Park in A-grade he was one of their best payers. Someone that can hit you from anywhere and can put on a big hit when needed. Ready for a huge game after a few quiet ones, set to make a big impact.

A-GRADE
MATRAVILLE TIGERS
1. KURTIS PREECE
Matraville broke his heart last year and now gets another shot at the title. Is he the curse or will he win his grand final? Matraville will come in favourites on the back of what he has done this year. Will keep the team level-headed, steer the ship and show up in the big moments.
2. TRISTAN ALVARADO
Been the best for the Tigers this season and has been rewarded with a handful of games for the Rabbitohs in NSW Cup. Leading a pack filled with talent, he’ll be looking to set the tempo early and help his side out to an early lead. If they get that, it could be game over.
REDFERN ALL BLACKS
1. ELI ROBERTS
RAB brought him over late and he’s making his mark. Spent time in the Raiders and Roosters systems and played with the Glebe Dirty Reds. A beast back at A-grade level after playing with La Perouse last year. Is freakish, fast, shredded and one of their main weapons out in the centres.
2. JAMES FRAZER
Everyone is talking about him. Has put his hand up to take the reins with no Kareel Phillips. Has led them to a grand final, is leading the pack around and has been killing it for the whole year. There’s some big wraps on him around the Souths Juniors and he’s getting it done.
