After a remarkable 2024 AFLW Cairns season, the Cairns City Lions secured their first-ever premiership in a thrilling showdown against the powerhouse North Cairns Tigers.
It was a season to remember, with the CTB Bulldogs, Manunda Hawks and South Cairns Cutters all stacked with first-class talent, while the Port Douglas Crocs’ inaugural women’s side and the Cairns Saints are building for the 2025 season.
