JUDY Brine has found a fashionable use for a tomato sauce bottle.
The lid featured in the Tallebudgera resident’s headpiece she created for yesterday’s Magic Millions Sparking Ladies Luncheon at Palazzo Versace.
Ms Brine modelled the golden carousel horse piece off a Suzy O’Rourke couture design from 2010.
“I had to cut out all the horses from paper and glue them on,” she said.

“I painted the tomato sauce lid gold. It was all very intricate and there were a lot of trips to Spotlight.
“It’s something different.”
The fancy luncheon event is one of the most fashionable of the Magic Millions carnival, with about $10,000 in best dressed prizes up for grabs.
Best dressed went to Shirley Croft who wore classic white with a cropped red jacket, followed by the glitzy Inessa McIntyre who had her sparkly outfit custom made.
The Roma Blair memorial award went to Niki Lea who had a feathered headpiece to complement her pink hair.
More men turned out to the event this year, with Craig Hallett best dressed gentleman.
The event was hosted by Karen Phillips and a memorial piece of jewellery designer Ann Middleton’s was featured as a prize after the Gold Coaster passed away last year.
Ms Middleton had previously designed $1 million pieces for the Magic Millions.
