10. JAI WHITBREAD
A reliable performer off the bench, the 21-year-old’s season averages of 78m and 21 tackles per game don’t tell the full story.
9. DALE COPLEY
Overlooked by coach Garth Brennan at the start of the season, Copley has forced his way into the side and starred with a team-high nine tries in 12 games.
8. JESSE ARTHARS
The 20-year-old has made an instant impression after making his NRL debut last month, forming a handy right-side partnership with winger Anthony Don.
7. BRIAN KELLY
After struggling for consistency in the opening rounds, the 23-year-old leads the Titans in tackle busts (48) to go with six tries and an average of 103m per game.
6. BRYCE CARTWRIGHT
The defensive issues that plagued Cartwright’s first season on the Coast have disappeared, while he has also rediscovered his attacking spark with four try assists and a team-high 18 offloads.
5. JARROD WALLACE
The 27-year-old prop struggled for impact early in the season but has found form over the past six weeks to re-enter State of Origin calculations for Queensland.
4. AJ BRIMSON
The 20-year-old has been a shining light since taking over at fullback, with his form likely to keep Michael Gordon out of the no.1 jumper when he returns from a blood clot in the coming weeks.
3. MOEAKI FOTUAIKIA
There has been no sign of second-year syndrome for the barnstorming prop, who has amassed the third-most running metres (1450) for the Titans and emerged as a forward leader.
2. TYRONE ROBERTS
The 28-year-old half’s absence early in the season was telling, with his return as captain bringing leadership, organisation, six tries and a team-high eight try assists.
1. JAI ARROW
So often the man to roll up the sleeves and do the tough stuff, the now-injured Queensland star has averaged 136m and 27 tackles per game to consistently be among the Titans’ best.
