WITH voting soon to go behind closed doors there are three players tied at the top of the Dally M leaderboard.

Raiders hooker Josh Hodgson, Sharks prop Andrew Fifita and 2013 winner Cooper Cronk all have 14 points in as many rounds with voting soon to go behind closed doors.

Hodgson has been among the leaders all season but the points have dried up of later and he did not poll in the Raiders loss to the Broncos.

Fifita picked up one vote on Monday night to continue his quest to become the first running forward to win the award since Gavin Miller in 1989.

Cronk had a slow start to the season but has built nicely and scored one vote against the Roosters to draw level with Hodgson.

Cowboys lock Jason Taumalolo is just one point off the lead and can count himself unlucky not have polled in North Queensland’s loss to the Sharks.

Jason Taumalolo is a serious contender to win the Dally M.

Corey Norman rounds out the top five with 12 points while Anthony Milford, Cameron Smith, Darius Boyd and Johnathan Thurston are all on 11.
