The most popular player list for NRL SuperCoach 2025 is here and it’s jam-packed with bargains and players regular NRL fans may have never heard of.

The most popular player list for SuperCoach 2025 is here and – not surprisingly – it’s jam packed with cheapies.

In all, 10 cheapies make the top 30 list, while three players are yet to debut.

* The cheapies (under $340,000) in-demand include – Isaiah Iongi, Sandon Smith, Peter Mamouzelos, Robert Toia, Josh Schuster, Royce Hunt, Billy Smith, Jesse Mclean, Jaxon Purdue and Carter Gordon. Full Cheapie Bible here.

* Tino Fa’asuamaleaui is the most popular player in the game, owned by over three-quarters of SuperCoaches. The former Kangaroo and Maroon comes in cheap after an ACL injury.

* Rookie Isaiah Iongi is tipped by many to take the fullback spot of Clint Gutherson at the Eels and is the second most popular player.

* Terrell May is the third most popular player with his switch from the Roosters to the Tigers gaining the tick of approval from SuperCoaches. May played 45 minutes per game at the Roosters last year but is set to up that considerably as Benji Marshall’s top prop.

* Photos of Nathan Cleary’s off-season are breaking the internet, but SuperCoaches are perhaps more loved-up than the man himself. Cleary is the fourth most popular player despite off-season shoulder surgery.

* Three players on the list are yet to play an NRL game. NSW Cup gun Robert Toia (7th most popular) is aiming for a debut at the Roosters after fighting injury. Lewis Dodd has played 84 games for St Helens in the Super League but is gunning for an NRL debut in round one in the halves for the Rabbitohs. Carter Gordon made eight appearances for the Wallabies and is in line for an outside back spot at the Titans.
