State of Origin Game 2 player ratings: Every star rated as NSW trashed Queensland to level series

The Blues’ backs dominated Queensland in Game II, but one NSW gun almost covered more ground than the entire Maroons backline combined.

NSW have put on a terrifying display of attacking football to send the State of Origin series to a decider at Suncorp Stadium – with Nathan Cleary in the thick of things in the 44-12 thrashing.

Cleary scored a double, laid on tries for his teammates, and kicked a perfect eight from eight with the boot – but he wasn’t the only Blue to impress on an incredibly one-sided night.

Five other NSW stars scored tries, while debutants – and recalled heroes – led the way to level the series in emphatic fashion.
