STABILITY

Getting a super coach isn’t as easy as picking one from a tree, bit you do have to choose right and nurture them.

It would be easy to say the Bondi boys struck gold by signing Trent Robinson but they would have done their homework.

Let’s hope Justin Holbrook can bring that same know-how.

Bringing in Jimmy Lenihan from the Burleigh Bears is a great start.

CLASS

Most will think on the field when you say this word but you have to like how the Roosters go about things off it.

Their handling of some issues, and respect shown to retiring players, among other things, has to be admired.

Love them or hate them, that filters right across the club.
