COOMERA could return to the Brisbane Women’s Premier League playoff positions as soon as this weekend, but they may need some help from Gold Coast rivals Robina City.
Sitting sixth, the Colts are level on points with fifth-placed Virginia United and one adrift of Peninsula Power, who round out the top four.
Robina (ninth) will face Virginia in Brisbane at 6.15pm today, while Coomera, who have a game in hand on four of the five teams ahead of them, host Taringa at 5pm.
