KNIGHTS MATCHWINNER NO GUARANTEED STARTER

“The standards of our training methodology are very high,” Monti said.

“The experience we have in youth football and the successes we have achieved were the reason why we decided to share all around the world what we do at our academy in Milan.

“What motivates us to export our methodology is the desire that every child can have the opportunity to grow and train with our high technical and ethical standards, where mistakes are considered the first step in improving.”

COAST SIDE HEADS ABROAD FOR LATEST RECRUIT

Monti boasts extensive experience on and off the field, having played for Serie A clubs Lazio and Atalanta before taking up his decade-long post as head coach of Inter’s youth sector teams.

Musci will join Monti at the conference to demonstrate Inter’s youth philosophies and how delegates can draw on the club’s methodology to refine their own coaching approaches.
