QBL THIS WEEKEND
The Seahawks and the Rollers are both doing very well at the moment.
In the men’s competition, the Seahawks had a huge win last week and have moved into 11th, however they take on the league leading Brisbane Capitals this Saturday and would be 20-plus point underdogs.
The Rollers men face their toughest test of the season, the ‘northern nightmare’, Townsville Friday night and Cairns Saturday night.
The Rollers are currently second on the ladder and this weekend will see if they are the real deal.
The lady Seahawks have had a rough month, but will look to bounce back against an underperforming Brisbane outfit.
They still have a top four finish in their sights.
The lady Rollers have won four on the trot since guard Arianna Moorer first laced up the boots and will look to keep their form against two tough opponents this weekend.
