UPDATE: The Stingrays will go ahead with their Semi-Final clash against the Bayside Ravens after the sun reappeared, melting the blanket of hail.

Gold Coast Stingrays Under-19s have been forced from the field as a passing storm blanketed Sunshine Coast Stadium in hail.
The team were moments away from kick-off against the Bayside Ravens when the storm struck.
Spectator Paul Mills described the field as Queensland’s latest ski resort.
Earlier, Stingrays Juniors booked their place in the Sunbowl with a 58-0 thrashing of the Logan Bengals.
