A BLISTERING, unbeaten century from all-rounder Liam Hope-Shackley has helped the Gold Coast Dolphins open their Queensland Premier Cricket account in style against Redlands today.
Coming to the crease with his side in trouble at 5-76, Hope-Shackley (127 not out from 112 balls) teamed with teenager Hugo Burdon (87 from 112 balls) to launch a rescue mission that lifted the hosts to 7-287 from their 50 overs.

The 27-year-old’s knock included 11 fours and five sixes.
Desperate to make amends for a disappointing bowling effort in their Round 1 loss to Wynnum Manly, the Dolphins then bowled Redlands out for 219 with six overs to spare.
