CANBERRA
Gungahlin denied Yass its first win of the Raiders Cup season, prevailing 46-36 in a shootout at Walker Park.
The Magpies took an 18-16 lead at halftime before the Bulls scored three times in the space of 10 minutes to take over.
Cody Bell continued his hot tryscoring form with a hat-trick in defeat.
Belconnen United survived a late scare from Tuggeranong to prevail 30-28.
The Sharks held a comfortable margin before the Bushrangers scored twice over the closing stages, although they left their run too late.
Ryan McQueen scored twice as West Belconnen moved to the stop of the standings after defeating the Queanbeyan Blues 24-10.
That means both Belconnen sides are the last two remaining undefeated teams in the competition.
In the Katrina Fanning Shield, Eliza Taylor scored a hat-trick for Belconnen United in a 32-6 victory over Tuggeranong.
The star-studded backline of West Belconnen was on full display as the Warriors took care of the Queanbeyan Blues 36-4.
Jade Harding, Gabriella Savage, Mayah Amosa and Chloe Cooper all crossed in the win.
Gungahlin came from 14-6 down with 12 minutes to play to defeat Yass 20-14.
The Bulls scored twice in the space of five minutes to take the lead, before a rampaging Tikirah-Ann Douglas sealed their success.
Woden Valley made light work of an understrength Queanbeyan Kangaroos side, running out 74-6 winners.
GROUP 9
The Wagga Kangaroos kept their unbeaten run intact with a 36-12 win over the Southcity Bulls.
Ned Cooper scored a double and Charles Barton was flawless with the boot in their third win of the season.
Albury got on the board with its first win, smashing Brothers 60-6 at Greenfield Park.
Sabastian Nelson and Lachlan Hampton both crossed the line twice in their 11-try demolition.
Tumut overcame a spirited Gundagai outfit to prevail 24-18 in a thriller at Twickenham Oval.
The Blues led by 12 early in the second half before Gundagai tied it up with 15 minutes to play.
Then Mailk Aitken became an instant hero, making a break from a scrum just inside Gundagai territory, stepping through defenders before offloading to Mitch Ivill to score the winner.
Young’s high-powered attack was on full display with a 40-6 victory over Cootamundra.
Front rower Thomas Giles scored a double, as did hooker Jesse Corcoran.
Hayden Lomax and Billy Reardon both scored doubles for Temora in a 40-0 shutout of Junee at Laurie Daley Oval.
ILLAWARRA
Collegians was at its ruthless best with a 68-0 thrashing of Corrimal on home soil.
Nicholas Hall scored four tries with Joshua Dowel and James Lee chipping in with two apiece as they improved to 2-0.
Bronson Emery scored twice for De La Salle as they comfortably handled Dapto 36-16 on the road.
The win moves them into a share of top spot along with Collegians.
A hot start from Wests guided the Devils to a 30-10 victory over Thirroul at Mt Kembla Park.
Colby Pellow scored in the opening minutes to set the tempo early, with former NRL winger George Jennings rounding out the win.
NEWCASTLE
Wet weather in the region forced the postponement of all games.
NSWRL WOMEN
Redfern All Blacks was simply unstoppable, racing in 13 tries to one as they defeated Chipping Norton 64-4.
Nyokah Dumas scored a hat-trick with Yilara Widders, Merinda Carney and Juanita Jang piling on doubles to put the exclamation mark on a big road victory.
Mascot proved too strong in the battle of the Souths Juniors clubs, recording a 30-8 victory over Marrickville.
Pennant Hills Cherrybrook picked up its first win of the season in style, hammering Foresville 44-12.

SOUTHERN CORRIDOR
St Joey’s made its most emphatic statement of the season to date, running out dominant 48-18 victors over Como Jannali at Kareela.
Crocs winger Harrison Cavanagh open the scoring with the first of his double, before Joeys took over control, running in seven of the next eight tries, including doubles to Maui Wallace and Max Demeio.
In a top of the table stoush, Gymea came out on top over St John Bosco in a 16-12 thriller.
The Bulldogs took a 12-10 lead into the break despite a double from Gorillas winger Dallas Blackburn-Kingi.
The second half was characterised by strong defence from both sides and that looked like it would be the final score, before Mitchell Hodgson and Nick Pantelis linked to put Jack Clutterbuck over out wide to seal the win.
De La Salle’s unbeaten run extended to three games when they downed Engadine 26-6.
Jack Field scored twice as the Dragons still search for their first win of the season.
In the Open Women’s competition, Corrimal was in attack mode, racing in 11 tries to smash Campbelltown City 60-0.
Jennifer Latu and Sharmay Brierley both came from the interchange to score twice.
The Cougars are yet to concede a point through two rounds.
A hat-trick to Alafou Fatu proved the difference as Campbelltown Collegians edged out Helensburgh 28-22.
It improves their record to 2-0.
Cronulla Caringbah defeated The Oaks in a battle of two star-studded sides, while Shellharbour was too strong for Engadine to the tune of 26-0.
SOUTHS JUNIORS
Coogee Dolphins arrested a two-game skid with a comprehensive 34-12 defeat of South Eastern at Marcellin Fields.
Seagulls fullback Lachlan Scott gave his side a dream start inside three minutes to open the scoring, before the Dolphins hit back to lead 16-4 at the break.
The two traded scores in the second half before Michael Cashin put the finishing touches on a key win.
La Perouse remains undefeated with an 18-16 defeat of Mascot, while Redfern All Black were too strong for the Rovers, coming out on top 34-6.
Coogee-Randwick took the two points over Marrickville via forfeit.
WOODBRIDGE CUP
Oberon brought the undefeated run of Orange United to an end with a 36-22 victory.
Sione Naufahu scored a hat-trick in the win, with Ryan Jarvis a standout in their success.
Cowra scored its biggest win of the season and moved to 4-0 after overcoming Grenfell 44-12.
Morea Phillip scored three tries and Ricky Whitton tallied 20 points courtesy of two tries and six conversions.
Trundle bounced back from a tight last-start defeat to down Canowindra 36-32 in a high-scoring affair at Berryman Oval.
Michael Murphy had a double for the Boomers, with Ky O’Byrne and Cayless Dunn scoring twice apiece for the Tigers.
Molong improved to 3-1 for the season after a convincing 39-16 defeat of Cargo.
Fullback Bailey Peschka scored twice, as did halfback Ben Blimka.
Condobolin brought up its first win of the style in emphatic fashion, hammering Blayney 66-8.
Both Emanuell Peterson and Frankland Ross scored four tries in the rout.
Manildra survive a major challenge from Peak Hill to remain undefeated, prevailing 24-14 at Lindner Oval.
Jock Yelland had two tries out wide for the Rhinos.
