ROSEHILL
BRAD DAVIDSON (Daily Telegraph)
LANCIATO
Race 3, No. 2
Has finished in the minor placings at his past two starts in Saturday city grade including a tough on-pace effort behind the flying Antonio Giuseppe last start. Hard to beat back in grade.
STEPHEN ZAMMIT (Daily Telegraph)
MORTON’S FORK
Race 4, No. 7
Yet to miss a place from fives starts, including two wins, this John O’Shea-prepared colt had no luck when a runner-up at Randwick over 1200m on a very wet track on July 9. Hasn’t been seen since finishing too well for a victory over 1300m at this track on July 16. Has been taken along quietly and wasn’t knocked about in an 806m Warwick Farm barrier trial on September 9. Ready to pick up where he left off.
JOHN DAVIS (Daily Telegraph)
LANCIATO
Race 3, No. 2
Is back to midweeks after a sound performance behind multiple city winner Antonio Giuseppe at this track last time. Even though he has his fair share of weight, he should take no end of stopping.
MORNINGTON
MICHAEL MANLEY (Herald Sun)
EMOJI
Race 4, No. 1
Racing consistently and this looks a little easier than recent starts. Well drawn and despite weight will take beating.
NARACOORTE
LINCOLN MOORE (The Advertiser)
TONS OF DASH
Race 7, No. 2
Eight-year-old who is racing in good form having placed at his past three in Victoria, the past two at Warrnambool. He’s a horse with very good Heavy track form having missed the placed just once on a bottomless track and he looks perfectly placed here by Michael O’Leary.
