NOT everyone in the US was a big fan of Ciara’s cleavage after the pop star’s controversial performance at the National Championship game.

POPSTAR Ciara may have a No. 1 fan in Seattle Seahawks NFL star Russell Wilson, but she isn’t everyone’s favourite pop princess-turned-WAG.
After the “Dance Like We’re Making Love” crooner dazzled the crowd with her rendition of the National Anthem before Monday’s college football national championship game, the Seahawks quarterback immediately took to Twitter to praise his leading lady.
“I see you baby!! Sounded amazing & looked flawless in every way! @Ciara,” he tweeted.

Social media exploded after her performance at the nationally televised game won by Alabama 45-40 over Clemson at University of Phoenix Stadium.
As Ciara sung her heart out, clad in an embellished white gown with a sheer overlay that barely covered her “Goodies,” a prominent sportscaster took aim at the singer’s sexy attire.
Dear Ciara. You're stunning. But this is a National Championship Game. Kids are watching. Cover up.

Bonnie Bernstein, a former ESPN reporter who now serves as the VP of Content and Brand Development for Campus Insiders, was immediately trolled with an onslaught of comments from the social sphere. She addressed the commentators minutes later with a stern comeback.
“Truly am amazed at how people take a tweet (that includes a compliment!) & wanna make it about race. Seriously. Grow up. Watch the game,” she tweeted.
Ciara has yet to take the field for one of Wilson’s playoff games. Should she get the chance, the Grammy-winner could ultimately hit the 50-yard line in one of her signature plunging ensembles.
Bernstein wasn’t the only commentator to weigh-in on Ciara’s display.
Controversial Fox Sports commentator Jason Whitlock said the full length gown was inappropriate.
Appropriate, fair tweet. The dress was inappropriate. Her voice was more than enough. Why distract w/nudity? https://t.co/Fv93ioO7TM

The chatter didn’t distract from the action on the field with Alabama’s win being trumpeted as one of the greatest in a national championship game.
The game is a unanimous choice to join the short list of some of the most dramatic, exciting, fantastic finishes to a college football season.
With one big play after another - by both teams - Alabama beat Clemson 45-40 on Tuesday AEDT in the College Football Playoff title game.
An instant classic. And no doubt, this one will last for a long time.
The game was a thrill-a-minute. Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry ran for three touchdowns, including a 50-yarder to open the scoring. A daring on side kick with the score tied 24-all led to an Alabama points explosion, with quarterback Jake Coker throwing for two long touchdowns to tight end O.J Howard. Oh, and Kenyan Drake returned a kickoff 95 yards for another score.
Clemson didn’t flinch. Dual-threat quarterback Deshaun Watson threw four touchdown and had 478 total yards - 403 passing. He was virtually a one-man show in keeping the Tigers ahead for a while.
In the end, it was too much Alabama, and the Tide won their fourth national crown in the past seven years. When the game ended, the entire crowd of 75,765 - the majority of them Clemson fans - stood and cheered. Not only for their team, but for the fabulous game they had just witnessed.
