A rematch of the 2023 grand finalists, this clash promises to be one of the most entertaining in the early season.

From young gun West Torrens fast bowler Maggie Clark to star Kensington captain Sarah Lowe, Sunday’s matchup is packed with impressive SA talent and should not disappoint.

Women’s 2nd Grade -Adelaide Uni vs Northern Districts, November 17 Park 12, 10.30am

The Blacks and Jets have both been tipped for big women’s 2nd Grade seasons, making this round seven clash one to mark on the calendar for both sets of fans.

Uni got off to a fast start last weekend behind a dazzling batting display from Cate Pedersen, who had 76 runs, while Northern Districts comfortably defeated Adelaide behind 118 not out from Evelyn Todd.

Both outfits should be around the mark this year and are set to produce an entertaining affair on November 17.

Two powerhouses of division one will clash in round four of the two-day competition.

The Seahorses and Eagles met in last season’s One Day Cup final and the former will be looking for revenge after falling short.

Both sides boast major talent in attack and with the bat, making this must-see cricket.

Both Port Adelaide and Northern Districts boast some of the biggest hitters in the competition, making this T20 matchup a must-see.

Jets star Josh Kann has the ability to hit countless boundaries and make runs in a pinch in the T20 format and has the potential to lead the Jets to an upset win over one of the strongest teams in Premier Cricket.

Women’s 1st Grade T20 – Sturt vs Glenelg, December 21, Samtass Oval, 9.30am

Last season’s T20 grand finalists, both Sturt and Glenelg are expected to go far again in 2024/2025 and this round five matchup should prove to be one of the standouts.

The Blues boast a number of big hitters including Emma De Broughe and Alex Price who have the ability to take over in the T20 format, while Glenelg batter Elizabeth Johnson and dangerous bowler Lucy Bowering will both be players to watch in both innings.

Sturt and Adelaide will compete in the top division this season after battling it out in an entertaining division two grand final to cap off strong 2023/2024 campaigns.

The Buffaloes emerged victorious that day but will need to be at their best again to top the Blues in round six.

Young gun left-hander Tejas Gill is set to produce a big season with the bat for Adelaide and will be one to watch, while Corey and Tom Kelly should both be firing for Sturt after returning to the top div.

Men’s 1st Grade Div Two – Woodville vs East Torrens, February 15/22, Woodville Oval, 10.30am

Two clubs which should be around the mark in division two this season, East Torrens and Woodville could have a lot to play for in round eight of the two-day competition.

Both sides suffered relegation to division two at the end of last season and will be eager to get back to the top competition.

Each outfit packs plenty of punch, with dominant batter and wicketkeeper Josh Barrett leading the way for East Torrens and captain Harvey Brennan and returning young gun Deakin Murphy set to standout for Woodville.

Men’s 1st Grade – Glenelg vs Kensington, March 15, Glenelg Oval, 10.30am

Two highly talented sides of the division one competition, a round 10 clash between Glenelg and Kensington could have a major impact for both teams just before the finals series.

The Seahorses remain as talented as any side in Premier Cricket with captain Jake Winter leading the charge, while Kensington, led by dominant all-rounder Jake Doyle, also boast a strong line-up and should be pushing for finals yet again this season.
