This week we take a look at the lists of all eight Big Bash League clubs as the season reaches its climax.

Under Cricket Australia rules, once the first ball of the BBL final is bowled on Wednesday night, the league enters its embargo period where clubs cannot officially sign players until a date yet to be confirmed.

Clubs may only commit to a maximum of 10 players for contracts that include next season and beyond before the embargo period starts.

While rules are reviewed annually, it seems likely that the overseas player draft, implemented in 2022 after a couple of false starts, will remain in place.

A note on the contract information below: most of the deals are either publicly confirmed by their clubs or were disseminated to clubs by the league just before the season started. Some are particularly fresh though.
