SuperCoach ambassador Heath Shaw has locked in his starting team for 2024, and he’s relying on some inside mail and former teammates to carry him to glory.

It won’t take you long after looking at my SuperCoach team to figure out I’m big on the Giants’ prospects this year.
My old Pies teammate Steele Sidebottom was the only thing standing between GWS and a grand final last year, and Toby Greene and Co won’t forget that quickly.
After Adam Kingsley’s game plan kicked into gear the Orange Tsunami roared home, and I’m planning on riding that wave to SuperCoach success in 2024.
Tom Green led the charge in the middle and is ready to go to another level, Lachie Whitfield averaged 110 SuperCoach points after his bye ... you get the idea. And I can’t leave out Cogs.
Yes, I know the Giants have a bye in round 3.
I’ve spread the risk across the field and I have rookies who can provide cover that week, but I’m playing the long game.
I had Luke Jackson in my team before the injury to Sean Darcy – I liked the idea of three ruckmen in my team and do so even more now.
I’ve picked Jordan De Goey over Nick Daicos because I know Nick will attract more attention this year and his value is already so high I can’t see much improvement there.
I’m backing in Sam Flanders and investing heavily in the $200,000-$300,000 bracket. These players – Fyfe, Billings, Bonner, Jordon, D’Ambrosio – can play, and a change of scenery for most might be just what the doctor ordered. I’ll be looking to be upgraded to more premiums later.
Hopefully a few more Giants will be ripe for the picking by them – after their second bye.
