PerthNow reports the fitness influencer — now living in Sydney with her footballer partner — captioned the glimpses into their relatively private life, “Pics that give me serotonin”.
The former Dockers player commented on the post with a love heart and happy face emoji.
Chloe confirmed to PerthNow that the pair have been quietly dating for more than two years, with the 29-year-old footy player first sharing a snap of his fellow West Aussie partner at a beach in February, 2022.
Chloe also revealed the pair had been on a romantic getaway trip to Bangalow, NSW, showing her footy star in a state of blissful relaxation — shirtless and sipping wine in a hammock in front of some beautiful scenery.
In 2021, Jesse left the Fremantle Dockers to play for the Giants and had one of his best seasons in 2023.
The 1.96m forward was first drafted by Melbourne Demons in 2012 and won lead goalkicker twice.
Chloe now works for the popular East Coast Pilates studio Peaches.
Hogan was earlier this month left in tears on the field as his club and Essendon paid their respects to Cam McCarthy.
The former AFL key forward, who was selected by the Giants with pick 14 in the 2013 Draft, tragically passed away in Perth on May 7.
Hogan was notably emotional as the players from both teams lined up in the middle of the ground as an image was shown on the big screen of McCarthy smiling alongside ex-coach Leon Cameron.
All players were wearing black armbands in the match and Jesse Hogan, who played alongside McCarthy during their time with the Dockers, made his own tribute after kicking a goal in the first quarter.
Hogan looked down at the black band on his left arm and tapped it with his hand before he was surrounded by teammates.
“Also a former teammate of Cam McCarthy there with the black armband from their time together at Fremantle,” Fox Footy commentator Anthony Hudson said of Hogan’s moment.
“So that meant something pretty special to him.”
