LJ HOOKER Nerang has made its debut into the list of Australia’s top 50 real estate offices following a strong performance in the past year.
The Gold Coast agency was named Number 41 in the nationwide ranking, released by industry publication Real Estate Business.
LJ Hooker Nerang was the highest-ranked Gold Coast real estate specialist in the annual list.
The list is determined by a number of metrics including, sales volumes, staff efficiency, number of listings and sales conversion numbers.
Over the judging period, LJ Hooker Nerang converted almost 90 per cent of their listings to sales.
LJ Hooker Nerang, led by Principal Shane Colquhoun, was one of 11 LJ Hooker offices featured on the list.
Mr Colquhoun said the ranking proved the agency was always striving to achieve the best result for their clients.
“Our customers in Nerang are our primary focus, but it is gratifying to know that we’re among the best in our industry on a national basis,” Mr Colquhoun said.
“We set a high bar this year, and now we have the challenge of improving our ranking over the coming year.”
LJ Hooker’s head of real estate Christopher Mourd congratulated the Nerang office on their inclusion in the list.
“LJ Hooker Nerang is a shining example of the standards we set in LJ Hooker, not just for our customers, but also for our staff,” Mr Mourd said.
