BIG Burleigh developer Barry Morris has finished his third highrise in the area in 15 years.
Owners have been handed the keys to the 128 apartments at Boardwalk Burleigh Beach.
Sales and marketing at Boardwalk started at the end of 2015 with
the building selling out well before it was completed.
With construction complete, the first residents have started moving in.
“Boardwalk Burleigh features spectacular ocean views from Surfers Paradise to the Burleigh headland and almost half an acre of tropical gardens fitted with a private boardwalk leading residents directly to the beach,” Mr Morris said.
“The complex features quality resort-style amenities that surpass anything else on offer in the area.”
The 20-storey building includes a residence lounge, relaxation spa, alfresco barbecue and dining area, pool surrounded by lounged cabana structures, private yoga lawn and large reception.
Mr Morris’s company will now focus on developments Otto and Oceans and Mermaid Beach, Koko, Qube and Opus at Broadbeach and Sandbar at Burleigh.
Sandbar will rise 26 storeys and, according to the Morris Property Group, buyers of Boardwalk apartments are also interested in Sandbar.
