MOTHER-of-four Teresa Bradford has been identified as the victim of a Pimpama murder-suicide this morning.
Police were called to the scene of the shocking murder-suicide on Matas Drive at 6.30am and found two people — 52-year-old David Bradford and 40-year-old Teresa — dead.
Emergency services swarmed the property following reports of a “disturbance” in the early hours of the morning.

It is understood the children raised the alarm with neighbours following the deaths.
Detective Inspector Mark Thompson said police were still trying to determine the relationship between the man and the woman but they were known to each other.

“I can tell you the two persons were known to each other and at this stage we don’t believe a third party has been involved,” Det-Insp Thompson said.
“There doesn’t appear to be any firearms or weapons of that nature to have been involved in this offence.”

Neighbours have said there was a large police presence at the home earlier this month.
They believe the two deceased were a couple with three children.
Police are treating the deaths as suspicious.
Friend Debra Napper said Teresa had been desperately trying to move out of the Matas Drv rental home to escape her estranged husband.
“She was scared something like this would happen, especially after he attacked her last year,” she said.
“Her and Dave were together a long time, they had four kids together
and moved here from Sydney.
“Last year he started having strokes and medical problems and turned on her.
“We were all trying to help her move, I’m angry that there wasn’t enough help for her and the court orders meant nothing.”
Ms Napper said she had never seen Mr Bradford be physically violent towards the children, but he did verbally abuse them.
The children range in age from nine to 17 and are believed to be with Teresa’s family.
