Friends star slams ‘deranged bigot’ Kanye

Friends star David Schwimmer has slammed Kanye West over a series of shocking anti-Semitic posts.
The Jewish actor took to Instagram — after the rapper posted a new series of controversial and antisemitic tweets — and asked X owner Elon Musk to remove the rapper from the social media platform.
“We can’t stop a deranged bigot from spewing hate filled, ignorant bile … but we CAN stop giving him a megaphone, Mr Musk,”he said.
“Kanye West has 32.7 million followers on your platform, X. That’s twice as many people than the number of Jews in existence. His sick hate speech results in REAL LIFE violence against Jews.”
The 58-year-old actor continued, “I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that he identifies as a Nazi (which implies he wants to exterminate ALL marginalised communities including his own) or the fact that there is not sufficient OUTRAGE to remove and ban him from all social media at this point.”
“Silence is complicity.”
Schwimmer’s plea came after West tweeted, “I don’t like or trust no Jewish person, and this is completely sober with no Hennessy.”
He also wrote, “I’m a Nazi,” and, “I’m racist. Stereotypes exist for a reason and they all be true. You can get money with Jewish people but they always gonna steal and invite you over to they house on Friday.”
He further penned, “Jewish people actually hate white people and use black people,” and, “I love Hitler. Now what b****es. I’m never apologising for my Jewish comments.”
West’s latest posts began after the 2025 Grammys, where he sparked outrage by appearing with wife Bianca Censori who was clad in a see-through nude minidress.
The 47-year-old initially wrote about the red carpet stunt, saying he had “dominion over [his] wife.” He also wrote that their relationship isn’t “no woke as[s] feminist s–t,” and noted, “She’s with a billionaire why would she listen to any of you dumb ass broke b****es.”
He then praised Adolf Hitler, writing: “Hitler was sooooo fresh.”
“I’m racist stereotypes exist for a reason and they all be true,” West further said in the since-deleted message. “Some of my best friends are Jewish and I don’t trust any of them.”
West was previously banned from X from December 2022 to mid-2023 after he posted a swastika and a series of tweets with similarly disturbing content.
The posts also led Adidas to cut ties with West.
Last week, West on a shocking anti-Semitic rant, calling himself as “a Nazi” who “loves Hitler”, and described his “dominion” over his Australian wife, Bianca Censori.
“I LOVE HITLER. NOW WHAT B****S. LETS SEE IF YALL GIVE THAT MONEY BACK,” he wrote in all caps on X on Friday (local time), adding, “I’M A NAZI.”
He also claimed he was racist: “IM RACIST STEREO TYPES EXIST FOR A REASON AND THEY ALL BE TRUE,” he wrote, repeating previous derogatory comments he has made about Jewish people.
“IM NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR MY JEWISH COMMENTS I CAN WHATEVER THE F*** I WANNA SAY FOREVER WHERES MY F***ING APOLOGY FOR FREEZING MY ACCOUNTS SUCK MY D*** HOWS THAT FOR AN APOLOGY,” he wrote in the all-caps rant.
He also referred to Elon Musk’s controversial “salute” during Donald Trump’s inauguration. “ELON STOLE MY NAZI SWAG AT THE INAUGURATION YOOOO MY GUY GET YOUR OWN THIRD RALE.”
It’s the latest in a long line of antisemitic comments made by West, which ultimately saw Adidas sever ties with the rapper and his Yeezy brand in 2022.
At the time, At the time, Adidas announced that it terminated its collaboration with West with immediate effect after the rapper made antisemitic remarks through various media outlets.
On X, West also ranted about Censori’s naked display at the Grammys and his “dominion” over her.
“I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE. THIS AIN’T NO WOKE A** FEMINIST S***. SHE’S WITH A BILLIONAIRE, WHY WOULD SHE LISTEN TO ANY OF YOU DUMB*** BROKE B*****. PEOPLE SAY THE RED CARPET LOOK WAS HER DECISION.
“YES I DON’T MAKE HER DO NOTHING. SHE DOESN’T WANT TO, BUT SHE DEFINITELY WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. “YOU STUPID A** WOKE PAWNS I HAVE NO RESPECT OR EMPATHY FOR ANYONE LIVING CAUSE NOBODY LIVING CAN F*** WITH ME BUT I DO LOVE SOME PEOPLE AND I GIVE THEM FAVOR.”
In a separate tweet, West said he “fired and blocked” an employee who “was uncomfortable” with the 30-year-old’s “invisible” outfit.
West also demanded the release of his friend Sean “Diddy” Combs. Combs is currently jailed in New York on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He was initially arrested in September last year and is facing a number of new lawsuits. He continues to vehemently deny all charges.
Jumping to the star’s defence, West said: “FREE PUFF.”
He then went on to share with a series of expletive posts. He also called out other celebrities for watching “OUR BROTHER ROT AND NEVER SAY S***”.
On Instagram, he continued to defend Combs. In one upload, West shared a video in which he had FaceTimed Diddy’s son, Christian. His staunch defence continued as he wrote on the post: “A SON TO HIS DAD FOR EVERY SON WHO DAD IS LOCKED UP WRITE [sic] OR WRONG I WANT YALL TO LISTEN TO DAVE CHAPELLES JOKES VERY CLOSE THIS TIME LETS SEE HOW FUNNY IT GETS WHEN FAMILIES ARE SEPARATED ESPECIALLY BLACK FAMILIES.”
He also went on to rant: “WHAT YALL GONE DO CANCEL MY SNEAKER DEAL CANCEL MY RECORD DEAL FREEZE MY ACCOUNTS F*** ALL YALL N***S SLAVERY IS A CHOICE IM SPEAKING MY MIND NOW I AINT EDITING S**T AGAIN EVER.”
He later revealed he was selling a clothing range in collaboration with Diddy. The line for Yeezy which had Diddy’s own fashion label Sean John branded on the front of a number of lines was shown on both his social media channels. The Gold Digger rapper wrote: “YEEZY SEAN JOHN COLLAB AVAILABLE @ YEEZY.COM ME AND PUFF SPLITTING THIS 50/50 LIKE WE DISCUSSED BEFORE THEY LOCKED HIM UP.”
Diddy went on to thank his “brother” as he reshaped the announcement on his own page.
Since Censori’s naked Grammy’s stunt, West has been relentlessly posting all over social media.
Earlier this week, he spoke about his autism diagnosis, saying Censori encouraged him to seek a second opinion after feeling doubts over his initial bipolar disorder diagnosis.
“My wife took me because she said, ‘Something about your personality doesn’t feel like it’s bipolar, I’ve seen bipolar before,’” West, 47, said on the Download podcast, adding that Censori is “educated.”
“And come to find out, it’s really a case of autism that I have,” West, who has been married to the Australian architect since 2022, told The New York Post.
The rapper said his neurodevelopmental disorder “takes you to a ‘Rain Man’ thing,” referencing the 1988 film starring Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman, about a man who discovers he has a brother with autism.
West — who shares four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian — added that he hasn’t turned to medication whenever he experiences an episode take place.
The 24-time Grammy winner said he fears medication will “block the creativity,” which is “what I bring to the world,” he adds.
After receiving the correct diagnosis, West said he’s able to identify whenever an episode is coming on.
“I watch for it beforehand, but other times it was just like, if you get to the point where it goes, you’re gonna stay in that position for a while. It might go for three days, four days a week,” he said.
“A lot of what was sending me into the episodes … the constant feeling of not being in control spun me out of control.”
Elsewhere, the rapper opened up about his affinity for US President Donald Trump, saying he wanted to wear a MAGA hat because he likes the POTUS “in general.”
“And when people tell you to not do it … and that’s my problem, when fans tell me to do my album a certain way, I’ll do it the opposite way,” he said.
Earlier this week, West revealed the reason he missed out on President Trump’s inauguration.
In a clip obtained by TMZ of an unreleased conversation between West and Justin LaBoy on his “Respectfully Justin” podcast, the “Vultures” rapper said “censorship stigma” over his anti-Semitic comments caused him to miss the festivities.
“I was gonna go to the inauguration but they told me I had to write another apology, saying yeah, that I wasn’t … what’s the word?” West could be heard saying in the clip.
“anti-Semitic,” LaBoy chimed in.
