Barron Trump to launch his own luxury real estate venture with mates

Barron Trump appears to be following in his father’s footsteps and has teamed up with a high school classmate and a young real estate expert to launch his new business.

Barron Trump appears to be following in his father’s footsteps — as he’s preparing to launch a luxury real estate venture with two young business partners.

The youngest son of President Donald Trump briefly incorporated his business, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., last July in Wyoming, but the company was dissolved just four months later after Mr Trump’s election win, according to a report in Newsweek.

The venture had listed Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach as its principal address and, according to records obtained by The New York Post, is reportedly set to relaunch in spring 2025.

The 18-year-old’s co-founder, Cameron Roxburgh, told the outlet the company was paused to avoid election-related media attention — but will eventually focus on high-end real estate projects, including golf courses and properties in Utah, Arizona and Idaho.

When reached for comment, Roxburgh — a high school classmate of Barron — told The Post they were “working out logistics,” and “might relaunch” in the spring.

The Post has also reached out to Barron’s reps for comment.

The business partners also include luxury real estate expert Carter Fulcher, whose family runs a prominent real estate firm in Idaho. Fulcher also has a political connection — his cousin is Congressman Russ Fulcher — but Roxburgh clarified the politician isn’t involved in the project.

While the venture is independent, Roxburgh revealed that President Trump has already given his son “private advice” about the business. However, there’s no financial backing from the Trump Organisation — at least not yet, he told Newsweek.

The trio hopes their company could one day operate as a subsidiary of Trump’s global empire. Trump, who built his brand on luxury properties and resorts, has already passed down the real estate legacy to his older children, with Don Jr. and Eric running the Trump Organisation during his presidency.

Ivanka, meanwhile, served in her father’s administration before moving on to other ventures.

Barron has stayed out of the spotlight for much of his father’s political career but was reportedly instrumental in President Trump’s 2024 campaign strategy.

Melania Trump told Fox News her son advised his father on key connections, noting, he was “very vocal … he brought in so many young people.”

Senior Trump adviser Jason Miller also praised Barron’s contributions, saying the teenager recommended critical podcast appearances for his father, including Joe Rogan, Theo Von and Logan Paul.

“Hats off to the young man,” Miller told Sky News, adding, “Every single recommendation he’s had has turned out to be absolute ratings gold.”

Now a freshman at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Barron is balancing college life with his ambitions in real estate.

It is unclear if Barron will remain at NYU. His mother, however, has acknowledged the challenges of living in the public eye.

“I don’t think it’s possible for him to be a normal student,” she said in the December interview with Fox, adding that she told her son: “This is your road, this is your life.”
