Elon Musk fired back at Ashley St. Clair — the conservative influencer claiming to have given birth to the Tesla and SpaceX boss’ 13th child — after she accused the world’s richest man of cutting back on child support payments.
“I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out,” Musk wrote on X. “ No court order is needed.”
“Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley US$2.5M and am sending her US$500k/year,” the Department of Government Efficiency chief claimed.
St. Clair charged that Musk was being a “petulant man-child” in a response to Musk’s tweet, denying that he’s willing to take a paternity test.
“Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” St. Clair wrote on X.

Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.
“And you weren’t sending *me* money, you were sending support for your child that you thought was necessary … until you withdrew most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience,‘” she added. “But you’re really only punishing your son.
“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world. It’s all about control with you, and everyone can see it,” she continued.
“America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.”
Musk’s tweet came in response to a video of St. Clair selling her Tesla in response to the billionaire’s alleged cutbacks on child support for the 6-month-old child.
“I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60 per cent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” St. Clair told paparazzi as her electric car was being prepped to be hauled away.
St. Clair, 26, demanded last month that Musk, 53, submit to a genetic test to determine if he is the father of her child in a paternity suit filed two weeks after her shocking declaration on X.
The paternity petition, filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court, claims that the influencer and the SpaceX and Tesla boss conceived the child during a January 2024 trip to St. Barts.
It includes a photograph of Musk holding the child, whom St. Clair claims the Trump administration official has seen on three occasions.
As St. Clair handed over the US$100,000 Tesla Model S to an automotive sales agency, she was asked if Musk’s alleged child support cuts were “vindictive.”
“Well, that’s his modus operandi, when women speak out,” she replied.
St. Clair also took a shot at Musk’s car company, which has been the target of politically motivated violence and protests in response to the entrepreneur’s work with DOGE.
“You can check the stocks, I’m not the only one who is cleaning up after his messes,” she quipped.
St. Clair told The Post last month that her alleged romance with Musk bloomed after she interviewed him in 2023 for the Babylon Bee, a conservative satirical news website where she worked at the time.
After she became pregnant, however, St. Clair claims she was told to keep it a secret and said she felt “completely isolated” during her pregnancy.
Since St. Clair came forward as the mother of Musk’s child, MAGA loyalists have called into question her conservative commitments and some have accused her of boasting about her closeness to the tech tycoon.
Several social media users accused St. Clair of purely trying to extract money from Musk after her comments during her Tesla sale went viral.
“Gold digger and professional gaslighter,” Trump supporter and right-wing activist Laura Loomer said of St. Clair on X.
A representative for St. Clair did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
