‘F***ing hate you’: Amber Heard details Johnny Depp’s alleged sexual abuse in Australia

The former couple almost came face-to-face in the Virgina courtroom, as Heard, 36, was getting off the stand for a court recess after she broke down in tears as she described Depp, 58, allegedly sexually abusing her with a bottle.

Depp, who is blind in his left eye, appeared to approach the stand where Heard was standing, before Heard took a step back.

Per the New York Post, a court officer put his hand toward Depp’s chest, to which Depp shrugged and turned away.

It came as Heard broke down in tears as she described a fight in Australia where Depp allegedly sexually assaulted her with a vodka bottle.

Heard said the incident began she was shoved and “went skidding across the floors” during an argument about Depp’s drug use in March 2015, which occurred in their rented Gold Coast mansion.

She alleged Depp had taken about eight or 10 pills of MDMA and that after she shoved him off her, he responded, “You wanna go, little girl?”, and that he ripped off her nightgown.

“He was throwing these bottles, one after the other, and I felt glass breaking behind me,” Heard said.

“He’s screaming at me that he hates me and that I ruined his life,” Ms Heard said. “I f---ing hate you, you ruined my f---ing life.”

At one point, Depp was allegedly on top of her as she said he was really hurting her.

“I could feel this pressure on my pubic bone,” she said, describing how Depp appeared to be “punching” her.

With broken glass everywhere, she said she said she didn’t want to move because she “didn’t know if the bottle that he had inside me was broken”.

“I couldn’t feel it, I couldn’t feel pain,” she said, thinking: “Please God, I hope it’s not broken”.

“I don’t know how that ended,” Heard said, other than remembering throwing up in the bathroom and losing control of her bladder.

Later, she found her name written in dried blood on a wall.

“Look what you made me do, I did this for you,” Depp said, according to Heard.

“I figured out he was missing a finger, he kind of held it up,” she added.

Earlier, she testified that Depp, 58, called her a “sl--” and kicked her in the back before he passed out drunk reeking of “weed and alcohol” in an aeroplane bathroom over an affair he believed she was having with James Franco.

It came as she revealed images of Depp she says were taken after drug and alcohol fuelled binges to show that “rock bottom” was happening.

On the second day of her explosive testimony, Heard, 36, described a 2014 flight in which Depp allegedly assaulted her in a jealous fit of rage.

“He was mad at me for taking the job with James Franco,” Heard said of the pair working on The Adderall Diaries.

“He hated, hated James Franco and he was already accusing me of kind of secretly having a thing with him in my past because we had done Pineapple Express.”

“(Depp asked) if I liked it, and if I was wet,” she added.

Heard is being sued by Depp for $US50m over a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which she implied he abused her. Although she did not name Depp, the actor claims her allegations cost him Hollywood movie roles.

On her first day of testimony, Heard recalled the first time he allegedly struck her after asking about a tattoo that was the altered name of his ex-girlfriend, Wynona Ryder.

She continued detailing other alleged instances of domestic abuse, including the drug and alcohol-fuelled private flight from Boston to Los Angeles in 2014.

She said Depp was being “really explicit” about her body, saying “disgusting things about how much I liked it”.

He said he knows she “liked it” and called her “a go-getter, a sl--”, Heard claims.

“This was happening in front of his assistants and his security on the plan. his assistants on the plane. I struggle to tell you how embarrassed I was,” she said.

“I slowly get up and he starts throwing things at me. Ice cubes, utensils. He’s calling me an embarrassment, what an embarrassment I am.”

“My back is turned to him, I feel this boot in my back. He just kicked me in the back. I fell to the floor and felt like I was looking at the floor of the plane for a long time. No one said anything. You could hear a pin drop,” she continued.

After “no one did anything”, she said Depp continued to drink before passing out in the locked airport bathroom.

Ms Heard said she took multiple photos of Depp passed out, with three shown to the court from 2013. She said she began taking the photos to show Depp and say, “look this is happening”.

“I understood enough about addiction to know you have to hit rock bottom, have some consequence to get better,” she said.

She added that she would take pictures to “document” a pattern change she noticed, with Depp falling asleep in the middle of conversations.

“He would pass out, and get sick, and lose control of himself. And people would find him, and fix him up,” she said.

In one photo from Tokyo in 2013, Depp is seen passed out at a hotel room during the press tour for the Lone Ranger, Heard said.

In a second photo, Depp was seen leaning back in a chair in the Bahamas after a “stint of sobriety”, she added.

In another, Depp is slouched forward covered in what appears to be a blanket or towel following a “drugs binge” with no eating and little or no sleep.

“That would just go on all day long,” she said.
