The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards were founded by wildlife photographers and enthusiasts Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks. The competition works alongside the Born Free Foundation to highlight a more serious matter; the importance of conserving our planet?s beautiful wildlife. Funniest photos from the Comedy Wildlife Photography Competition

THERE’S penguins, lizards and even a bear – but for these wacky animals there’s a prize to be shared.

From the desert to the river and over the hills, these amphibians and mammals have had their share of thrills.

Waltzing polar bears and a dancing chick, all have been entered to give your laugh a sure kick.

So they’ve narrowed the race and put it to the polls – which one do you pick for the funniest of all?

The 2018 Comedy Wildlife Photography Competition has pulled together the world’s funniest photos of our animal friends.

Competition founders and wildlife photographers Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks, say the competition “has gone from hilarious to utterly ridiculous humour” in the space of three years.

The goofy photos capture a unique side of nature whole advocating for the importance of conservation in the wild.
