A multi-vehicle crash on an M1 on-ramp caused lengthy tailbacks for evening commuters on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called after three vehicles collided on the southbound on-ramp from Smith St onto the motorway at 4.10pm.
The accident scene was close to Parkwood light rail station.
A Queensland Police spokesperson said officers had responded to assist direct traffic.
Firies and ambulance crews also responded to the accident.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said that three people were assessed but did not require transport to hospital.
