Several crashes have caused kilometres of major delays on the Gold Coast M1.
A truck and car collided in the southbound lanes near the Nerang River bridge (exit 71) shortly before lunchtime on Wednesday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics attended the incident however no one was injured.
While emergency services were on scene another collision involving a truck and multiple cars occurred nearby.
The QAS spokeswoman said four people were assessed by paramedics with two requiring transport to Robina Hospital in stable conditions for minor injuries.
The crashes caused extensive delays for southbound traffic with more than 15 kilometres of cars banked up from Nerang back to the Dreamworld exit.
Further delays are also affecting the southbound run from Ormeau to Upper Coomera.
