Multiple ambulance crews are treating a man with life-threatening injuries after his car crashed into a power pole at speed near Coomera.
The vehicle left The Esplanade, not far from the police station, before crashing at about 1.15pm on Wednesday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a number of paramedics were assessing a male patient for significant injuries.
It’s understood the vehicle was travelling at speed prior to the crash.
