THE Gold Coast is in traffic chaos this morning after multiple accidents across the city this morning.
Major delays are in store for drivers heading south on the M1 following a single vehicle accident at Helensvale between exits 57 and 60.
The incident occurred around 7.45 and was originally reported to be a truck and caravan.
Emergency services are on-scene assessing for injuries and attempting to clear the scene.
Meanwhile, a man in his 40s has been taken to hospital after a truck rollover at Jacobs Well.
The incident occurred just after 7am at the intersection of Beams and Pimpama Jacobs Well Road.
He was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with suspected facial injuries.
