A GOLD Coast teen has been taken to hospital following a serious mountain bike crash.
Emergency services were called around 10.15am after reports of an incident off Johns Road in Mudgeeraba.

Paramedics, including the High Acuity Response Unit, transported a male in his early teens to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with pelvic injuries.
