Three people are being assessed for injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Hyde Park, Townsville.
Queensland Ambulance Service said it had responded to a two-vehicle accident on the intersection of Charters Towers Rd and Somer St, reported about 12.20pm on Tuesday.
It is the latest serious incident involving emergency responders in North Queensland on Tuesday.
A QAS spokeswoman said three patients were being assessed for injuries.
She said one person had a hip injury, a second had chest pain and a third had a head injury.
Queensland Fire Department has two crews on scene.
Queensland Police Service has been contacted for comment.
QAS subsequently reported that it had transported three patients to Townsville University Hospital.
All were listed in stable conditions.
It is the latest accident at the same location, with reports of three crashes in the last three days alone.
