Police investigations into the death of a Townsville woman at a local motel are underway.
Officers attended the scene of the sudden death at Coolabah Motel on Bowen Rd, Rosslea, at about 7pm on Friday, October 28.
A 45-year-old woman was said to have been found dead at the scene.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman told the Bulletin investigations into the death had begun.
“Investigations are underway to determine the circumstances around the death, pending results from an autopsy,” the spokeswoman said.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
