Townsville car crash: Man dies in hospital after Kelso crash

A 34-year-old has died in hospital after he was hit by a car on a Townsville street on Sunday.
Queensland Ambulance personnel were called to Dartmoor Drive and Dunlop St, Kelso, about 4am to reports of a vehicle and pedestrian incident.
A 34-year-old Kelso man was taken to hospital in a critical condition to Townsville University Hospital.
Police confirmed he died from his injuries late Thursday.
The male driver and two female passengers were reportedly uninjured in the crash.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the driver had not left the scene and was assisting police.
After the crash, Townsville Hospital and Health Service spokesman told the Bulletin the man remained in a critical condition.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
