Kirwan residents targeted in early morning car thefts

Police are on the hunt for the culprits behind the theft of two vehicles from a Kirwan property in the early hours of this morning. Here are the details.

Police are on the hunt for the culprits behind the theft of two vehicles from a Kirwan property in the early hours of Friday morning.

According to initial reports, a Mazda BT-50 and a Mitsubishi Triton were stolen from a home on Sullivan Place between 1am and 3am.

The thieves are believed to have gained entry to the property, swiping the car keys before making off with the vehicles.

Police are actively investigating the theft and are calling on anyone with information or security footage that may assist in their inquiries to come forward.
