NORTH Queensland Cowboys fan favourite Jake Granville has tied the knot in a romantic wedding in paradise.
Granville and his new wife Zoe got hitched on Great Keppel Island, off the coast of Yeppoon, on Saturday surrounded by close family and friends.
Their intimate wedding on the sands of Putney Beach included guests like Michael and Brianna Morgan, Ben and Bridget Hunt, and Ray Thompson.
Mrs Granville, sister to Ben Hunt, shared the first photograph from their wedding on Monday afternoon, which was captured by photographer Jessica Howard at dusk.
The pair share two gorgeous children together, Goldie and Bobby, and have been together since high school.
Granville, 32, became a Cowboy in 2015 and has played an integral part in the team as hooker ever since.
He played his 150th game for Cowboys in the 2021 season.
The down to earth player has become a favourite among Cowboys fans, and was recently awarded the Townsville Bulletin Fan Favourite Award and the Cowboys Way Award at the North Queensland Cowboys Presentation Night.
He has re-signed a 12 month deal with the club.
