Clubb had been facing more than 40 charges, one of which included a charge of dangerous operation of a vehicle, which the Bulletin on Tuesday revealed had been upgraded to manslaughter.

No bail application was made.

Police allege that on the night of February 5, 2021, Clubb was driving a stolen car on Ross River Rd when another vehicle rammed the rear of the car.

Chris Hughes, the driver of the second vehicle, allegedly lost control of his car which veered into the path of a motorcycle driven by aspiring police officer, Jennifer Board.

Ms Board was thrown from her bike at the scene.
