An analysis of job advertisements on career website Adzuna reveal 1378 opportunities available in the city.
GOLD COAST HOSPITALITY BOSS HUNTING FOR NEW WORKERS
Those most in demand are jobs in the healthcare and nursing with 249 positions, trade and construction jobs followed with 160 jobs and then hospitality and catering jobs with 128.
More out of luck are those seeking work in the travel industry, sciences and energy industry with just one position available for each.
Job hunters are more likely to find positions in Bundall with 77 vacancies, Southport (76), Hope Island (73) and Yatala (44).
