A toddler has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition after a near-drowning at a Gold Coast pool.

The young boy was pulled from the private pool on Admiralty Dr at Surfers Paradise just after 1pm on Sunday.
Paramedics, including a critical care paramedic and High Acuity Response Unit attended and rushed the child to Gold Coast University Hospital “under lights and sirens”.
